Dear Sirs,
My Medibank Membership Number is 2862 9059 W
I already don't know how to explain and ask this anymore: I've been asking you to issue a letter stating that I already paid a full year of my Executive Visitors Cover and, altough you have confirmed me a number of times that you have that letter and that you have sent it by fax to the correct number, the fact is that that letter simply doesn't arrive anywhere. The last time I called you the fax number was confirmed. The call reference number is 3823092.
I already paid 2032.20AUD for a full year. Ending in 15th of October of 2008. (I've attached a print screen of my medibank web page)
I really need that letter to have my Visa issued. If I don't get that letter I have no alternative but to end my cover with you and go for another company.
Please, send me the letter by email, to this email, so that I can forward it to the Australian Embassy and resolve this issue! Please don't tell that you cannot do that because i already got an email from you with a first confirmation letter I needed, sent by:

Call Quality Monitor/ CSOMedibank PrivateLevel 16/108 ST Georges TCEPerth WA 6000"
It is very important that I get that letter.
